Joy Voeth

Joy Voeth is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who provides a warm, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to navigate life’s changes and challenges. Drawing from a systemic perspective, Joy sees each person’s struggles in the context of their relationships, life experiences, and strengths—helping clients understand patterns, shift dynamics, and foster meaningful connection. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

 

Joy is trained in leading evidence-based therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy for relationships. She also draws from systemic therapies and the Gottman Method to support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change.

 

Joy holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Her background as a Certified Deep Transformational Coach, combined with her MBA from Nova Southeastern University and her BA in Psychology and Theater from Smith College, enriches her ability to help clients build resilience, heal from trauma, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
